Chocolate bonbons-Appeltaart

Dutch apple pie has always been one of my favorite desserts.

For this bonbon, I transformed it into chocolate. A smooth cinnamon-apple ganache is paired with nut praline and crisp pieces of dried apple, creating a familiar balance of warmth and texture.

Each bite brings to mind a freshly baked slice of apple pie.

Ingredients: 34% Milk chocolate, Cashewnut, Cream, Appel, Almond, Dry apple, 70% Dark chocolate, Cocoa butter, Sugar, Butter, Glucose syrup, Honey, Biscoff biscuits, Cinnamon powder
