Chocolate bonbons-Energy Bar

Inspired by one of my favorite energy bars.

A praline made with honey, olive oil, and three kinds of nuts brings subtle olive oil notes and the natural sweetness of honey. Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and dried fruit are blended into milk chocolate, then coated in dark chocolate.

Layers of nuts, seeds, and fruit create a texture that feels both familiar and a little unexpected.

Ingredients: 70% Dark chocolate, 34% Milk chocolate, Hazelnut, Cashewnut, Mixed Raisins, Cranberry, Honey, Peanut, Pumpkinseeds,Sunflowerseeds,Pinenuts, Cocoa butter, Cocoa butter, Glucose syrup, Oliveoil
