Chocolate bonbons-Oolong Plum

I've always loved the depth and lingering sweetness of oolong tea.

For this bonbon, Taiwanese oolong is infused into a dark chocolate ganache and paired with a nut praline blended with dried plum. The tea, fruit, and nutty notes unfold gradually, creating a flavor that feels both familiar and intriguing.

It was inspired by the oolong plum tea I used to drink—reimagined in chocolate.

Ingredients: 34% Milk chocolate, Cream, 70% Dark chocolate, Cashewnut, Almond, Plum, Butter, Cocoa butter, Sugar, Honey, Oolong tea
