Chocolate bonbons-Blood orange Sesame

Black sesame has always been one of my favorites.

For this bonbon, I paired a rich black sesame praline with dark chocolate. Its deep, nutty character is wonderfully distinctive, but I felt it needed a touch of brightness to bring out its full depth. Blood orange turned out to be the perfect match—adding gentle acidity, a hint of bitterness, and a lingering sweetness.

Black sesame, blood orange, and dark chocolate may not be the most obvious combination, but together they work beautifully.

Ingredients: 70% Dark chocolate, Cream, 34% Milk chocolate, Black sesame, Butter, Almond, Cocoa butter, Sugar, Glucose syrup, Blood orange, Lemon
